Julia Klink studied sociology, theatre and media studies in Erlangen and urban design in Hamburg. With this background, she combines theories and research methods with creative practice to provide new perspectives on urban spaces. Concretely, this means: she analyses, writes, mediates, develops methods and formats for spatial interventions and actions with an experimental character in co-creative processes - from cooking to art. Circular economy, the creative use of urban space and an urban practice based on solidarity are fields of tension and discourses that she is particularly interested in when it comes to the future questions of the urban. She is actively involved in many projects and associations, e.g. in the alumni network of the Urbane Liga, Urbane Praxis e.V. and team stadtstattstrand.
