Luthier
Born in 1995, I graduated at 19 from my apprenticeship as string-instrument maker at the School of Arts in Hallstatt, Austria. During my journeymanship, I worked with renowned ateliers, such as in Bratislava, Halle, Lyon and Leipzig, crafting violins, violas, and violoncellos and refined my skills trough scholarships in various ateliers across Austria, France, Ukraine, Romania, Canada, Norway and Portugal.
Since receiving my master craftsman’s certificate with distinction in Hamburg, 2022 I opened my new atelier in Porto, Portugal, making new construction, servicing works and repair and restoration works for string-instruments and bows.
As a founding member of the Paredes-Meias Cooperative, with its driving force as a collective, we develop our individual ideas and team work, offer internships and courses, always guaranteeing our social and pecuniary security for our members.
Since 2022 we organize yearly held luthiery related courses in Austria and in Portugal.
